As a DEIB Champion for North Americas, she led outreach programs for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Rachel excels in portfolio management, leadership development, HRIS, global payroll, system implementation, and change management. With a passion for social change and operational excellence, she is a valuable asset for organizations striving to enhance learning initiatives and foster inclusivity.

Veni Dhir photoVeni Dhir is a seasoned finance and investments professional renowned for expertise in quantitative analysis, valuation, investment banking, private equity, and SPACs. With a successful track record at prominent firms like Nextdoor, Industrial Growth Partners, and Palladium Equity Partners, Veni has played key roles in establishing corporate finance functions and executing numerous deals. A Stanford Graduate School of Business MBA, Veni is also an active startup advisor and angel investor, passionate about supporting UN Women initiatives and exploring diverse interests like traveling and cooking.
